...to finland! gonna meet up with an ex (of many yrs ago) for a week of fun and frolicks in finland!

sadly there\'s no snow at the moment but things are looking up. hopefully do some x-country skiing. yay!

supposed to be a sauna party but as thats essentially a naked party, i\'m not sure if i\'m up to it (being a stuffy old englishman!)

had my 1st 2 setbacks already. worrying so much about being nekkid, i forgot to get money (thankfully i have some left over from my trip to the ravage open). and she thought i was coming over next week (despite me triple checking!!)

hopefully thats it, although these things often come in 3\'s! anyhoo see y\'all on thursday! don\'t so anything i wouldn\'t do!

What part of Finland are you going to go? Here in south we are having the worst winter ever. It rains every day and all the snow we had a few weeks ago has melted away. At least you should be used to this kind of weather as I´ve heard that winters in England are very much the same.

For god\'s sake, this is Tim! Of course he\'ll end up doing the most emnarassing things possible but probably by accident. He\'ll refuse the sauna party but end up locking himself out of his room with only a flannel to cover his pride - you know it\'s inevitable. ahoy hoy guys. am still alive.albeit knackered. out every night so far until about 3am. some great bars with really random music. it\'s quite acool atmosphere as you can wear whatever you want. you get all sorts mingling. lotsof metal heads so loads of crazy hairdos which is cool.

had my first sauna experience. kinda weird. being english, being hot and sweaty is never considered a good thing, and neither isbeing naked in front of others. so it felt realy weird to be both! got kinda confused with the whole process (sauna nekkid, shower nekkid, outside in the snow with towel on) that i ended up outside flashing the neighbours!oh well...

we had somesnow yesterday but none has stuck yet. we may be going to a x-country skiing place that has artificial snow asone of the guys is a keen skier.

moi moi gang! i am back with plenty of useful finnish phrases.

been an awesome time over there. got about 6\" of snow on sunday night. went to helsinki on monday and came back tues

the country isn\'t an a mazing one. there was nothing that made it stand out as a place. the people made it worth it though. everyone was very friendly and the pubs have more british beers on tap than british pubs!! food is a little off but the meatballs are gorgeous.

went to see an ice hockey match which was fab although the women scared me a bit. they were the ones chanting and yelling while the men were quiet!!

no real embarrassments after flashing the neighbours though. although i was practicing a phrase which should say \"lets get wasted (drunk)\" and ended up saying that i was intending to perform anal sex (the phrase is specific as to whether i would be giving or receiving!). that got a few odd looks

anyhoo, was a hell of an experience and i hope to go back to experience a summer and a proper winter (it\'s been the hottest winter for years apparently - real freak weather) but it\'s still good to be back! i\'ll drink to that :beer:

I believe somebody said that it´s the hottest winter in 80 years or something similar. Next time you come around be sure to come in summer and take a trip into the wilderness. Pretty much all of the cities here are grey and boring.
