Converted by myself, painted by a friend of mine, Corrado (aka BOOOOH)... what do you think about it?

I like it. Have voted.

My only main concern is the tentacles have the same colouration as the skin on to much of the surface. Makes it hard to distinguish the details,

very nice.. Im whit DrEvilmonki on this one.. i think the tentacles should be purple. then highlighted to pink. instead of that grey skin color.

I think as you... maybe tentacles were better purple, but I\'ve left to the painter free choice!

It\'s very good. The conversion is impressive.

But it would have been EVEN better if you had done the cyclopsie bit like Ray Harryhausen:

That would have been amazing. But your version is also very cool.
The basing in particular is quite interesting. What is it?

I\'ve got a mini that is a carbon copy of that Harryhausen one.

Its a Ral Partha I think. I painted it a long time ago, and have recently stripped the paint for another go.

Cool. I reckon you should do it on a large base, fighting some Warhammer Fantasy skeletons, done in the Harryhausen style. (Greek Shields, green shading)

That would be so cool.

Great thought...Kind of a tribute to Harryhausen....I\'ll put it on my list of things to paint!!
