What are these, i have searched through GW online store and could not find them, were they out before, or were you just suppose to make them yourself. How many units can you field in an army. If they were ever out how much did they cost.
Cheers, any info much appreciated.

There are two types of Ogre Rhinoxes, Bull Rhinoxes which are the ones Darkartminiatures pointed you to and normal Rhinoxes which are made by sticking a converted ogre bull on a Rhinox from the Scraplauncher. The Bull Rhinoxes go on a chariot base (50 x 100 mm), normal Rhinoxes go on a 50mm square base.

Hey,

I think you can get both from forgeworld. Also, they are both mounted on 50mm x 100mm chariot bases, not just the bulls.

Nope, Forgeworld do three - a Thunderlord (unit champion) and two ogre bulls all mounted on bull rhinoxes which go on chariot bases. The rules were in UK White Dwarf issue 309.

In issue #310 in Oz.

You can always build your own. Heres a wip of one of mine.

Nice rinox!

Ok I simply took the metal one from the scrap launcher and converted a pirate ogre rider.

What Bloodfinger is trying to point out is that the base size of the rinox is linked to it\'s rules-there are 2 different kinds of rinoxes: the normal ones with S5 and 3A that are on 50mm square base and the big ones (bullrinoxes) that cost 45 pts more, have S6, are large targets and cause terror and therefore are onm the 50x100mm chariot base.

You have to decide wich kind are you going to use because the base is linked to it (well ok, I think nobody will complain about your base size if you explain what kind of rinoxes are you using before the battle starts).

Practically the bullrinoxes are heavily armoured giants...
