...and there\'s nothing wrong with a mac that opening a unix terminal to cover the entire gui can\'t fix.

Hey if I could I\'d probabley get a mac. They\'ve got a tun more features than a windows. I just can\'t stand the embarrasment of being a member of HOMO! lol

Named after a type of Apple actually. The Macintosh was one of the names for a computer they brought out in the 80\'s, the name stuck so well it became thier branding name, hence Apple Mac, now alot of the products have Mac in the name: iMac, eMac etc...

*EDIT* Expensive? Not really, not when you begin to compare them to similar PC products. And £80 for Mac OSX £180+ for Windows XP, and thats only the basic edition.
