Whoo Hoo!!, my friends, I won my very first Painting Contest from the folks at Fantasyworks Minis, with the Chaos Paladin!!!!! I’m doing a happypainterdance as we speak.

1) The linkage is provided in her post. IT\'s on the http://www.fantasyworksminis.com/ site - featured prominently.

2) A sheet cake is just one of those big flat cakes served at large functions baked in a large rectangular sheet pan - hence the name. Frequently as large as 2\' x 3\' or even 3\' x 4\'. Big and flat as opposed to a layer cake that is, well, formed in layers.

Edit: I see MickC22 beat me to the linkage. :( WEll, at least it was another 22er :D

Dauber is right a sheet cake is one big puppy, a full one will feed around 60 people.....we can order them full, half or 1/4 size in most US bakerys...heres a picture of one which I would guess is half size.

is it just me, or are the \"Chargers\" spelled wrong on that sheet cake....


Not to confuse the sheet cake with the sh!t cake, which can be ordered at one of our local bakeries...

I once ordered one when a co-worker had a birthday party. It is a round cake, with brown frosting that is in the loving shape of a pile of sh!t...It even has toilet paper sticking to parts of it. They refer to it as the Turd Cake...

If that doesn\'t make you hungry for cake I don\'t know what would.

You might want to check first. If the $100 is through them only, they apparently only sell prepainted minis from what I can tell. There\'s an image gallery of prepainted or commission pieces but I couldn\'t find anything about just regular minis of their own castings.

As for the winning... WOO HOO!! Congrats. I\'m still trying to get my painting station configured so I can actually finish something without breaking it and maybe enter a contest or two.

They e-mailed me the info..I got to pick from one of the distributors below. I’m going with Reaper and am over at their web site picking and choosing, that’s going to be one heavy box! I’ll “e” Fantasy Work my order and they will place it and cover the mailing costs. Sweet! :D lol
