Gee, thanks to the busybody puritans of the world, he\'s now known as the guy who was humping a table. I\'m not sure a lawsuit can really remedy that, but at least he could spread some of the hurt to his nosy neighbour :twisted:

But seriously:

Art Price, Jr., 40, was arrested March 20 after officials at a school near his home complained that he was engaging in lewd behavior with a picnic table on the deck - and submitted video evidence. He was charged with four felony counts of public indecency. But Mr. Leffler said the evidence didn\'t support felony charges, and his office would re-examine the case.

That indicates that he was visible from the school at least four times.
Once might have been considered \"plausible\" as an accidental occurence, but to paraphrase Al Capone \"Four times is enemy action\"
In this I think the school was right to take the action it did, to protect the pupils in their charge.
