I\'m so excited. I think I have everything ready. Got all my paperwork together. Plane and hotels all paid for (don\'t want to worry about anything but food and goodies while I\'m away). Figured out what luggage I can take. All my perscriptions are ready.

Anyone want to make any suggestions of things I may have forgotten? I don\'t want too many unpleasent surprises while I\'m gone.

Spare underwear in carry on, Headache tablets ditto. Good book, plenty of water.
Translation book for talking to natives. :D

If going to London Make sure to visit FOYLES Book Shop.
Good way to loose a day, and money. :D

I always bring my own Pillow as I often can\'t stand the ones they give you at hotels.

Just don\'t do what I did this weekend and leave it in the hotel when you check out. My favourite pillow is now 4 hours north of me :(

What, in Goose Bay? Or the Arctic Circle. :D
Or are we talking driving time as opposed to flight time?

Driving time, not flight time. Spent the weekend in Toronto for our 3/16 aniversary (3 years Married, 16 years Together).

Pretty poor trip overall and all due the the horrible hotel we stayed in. If anyone is heading to the Toronto area, avoid the Madison Manor Boutique Hotel.

EDIT: for spelling of Madison and added why we were in TO

so where you planning on visiting liz?

London for a few days. It\'s a short trip and I think the people I\'m meeting have most of my time planned out but it should be fun.

@ Ms Pony......Everything is on schedule. You want the light blue one, right? I think I can do it! ;)

What Mike said, but I tend to put a pair of pants, couple pair of underwear, a shirt, and a couple of pair of socks in my carry on - that way if the luggage handlers send my bag to Brazil, I\'ve got more than one change of clothes.

Actually, one of the airport hotels near heathrow to be more exact. Can\'t tell you which one as I\'m going on employee rates and posting this from work. But I will tell you this. My entire hotel stay is a little over $300.00 usd for about a week at an upscale property. It pays to work for the company! ;)

Bon Voyage LIZ !
If you are into medieval history, check out the Temple Church in the Law courts behind the Strand,Its only small ,but on the floor are life size effigies of 13th century Templar nights!
Its a real maze to find and I would check times.
Have a lovely refreshing time ,.

GOD bless ..................VINCENTI :D
