I must admit London is one of the very few cities I\'ve visited that I wanted to stay forever in, and I\'ve visited a lot of cities around the world. :drunk:

Nothing beats British Bitter so have one for me. Though I recently found a brewing company making bitter here that is almost as good. Hats off to the Propeller Brewing Company for coming close.

Yes, I can\'t stand most alcohols, especially beers/ales/lagers/etc... but I love bitter. Go figure. :drunk:

Chav repellant is a good idea - but I found if you throw a beer at them they tend to scuffle over it and you can wander away unscathed. lol

comfortable shoes and a windbreaker/rain jacket. And a barf bag for the Tower of London tour. Those Beefeaters really can get graphic on the parts about the rack and cutting off various body parts. Well at lest back in the 80\'s to a 10 yr old:eek::|~:|~

ack! I\'ve been out taking care of clinicals and midterms and such, and come back to see you have transformed from a sick, tired, disgruntled employee to a chipper vacation planner! I\'m super happy for you liz! Best of luck for a wonderful vacation.

Starting a divorce is helping as well. I\'m shedding soooo much old baggage right now! Got new clothes, lightened my hair for the first time in my life (I\'m now a med blonde instead of a dark blonde), made appointments for all Sorts of Dr\'s and dentists and optoitrists. In 6 months the only way you\'ll know it\'s me is by my spelling. That may never change. ;)
