Oracle games problem

I found \'oracle games\' (is a uk online retailer) before christmas last year when searching for discount GW sellers.

here is the website: http://www.oraclegames.co.uk/catalog/

Having placed a large £200 order and recieved it last year i decided to buy again last month, only placing a £20 order this time.

A month later and i\'ve not received my order, i\'ve emailed and phoned but no luck - he just keeps fobbing me off.

this post isnt just to moan, its purpose is:

1) to see if any of you are having problems with them and

2) to \'warn\' you to consider other retailers first..

I used them to supply warmachine to me and some other players

first order we had to wait about 4-5 weeks only 1 or 2 pieces missing.

The second order was £200. It took 4 months to arrive they sent only half the order and no invoice is sight so I cannont see exactly what they have charged me for.
So I contact them I get yes were on it everytime. I eventually got fed up of been lied to so I said please refund me for what you have not sent, ok he said.

7 weeks later no refund.

They are hard to gte hold of anyway only answer the phone not emails alot of the time getting answer machine. Now its total silence and they havnt placed an order with their supplier for 4 months.

If you used a credit card contact their service department (the credit cards that is). You should be able to get a refund and they can call the coppers.

That alsoi assumes you are within the time limit for making a claim. 4 months later your CC company are going to laugh at you.

just did a bit of checking and ACTUALLY i paid via protx.

according to them they dont take money until the order is fulfilled, and i just checked my account and they havent debited me for the order - so i havent actually paid him anything.

however, i\'ve contacted protx to ask if they will cancel the payment in case he decides he wants my money!
