I\'m guessing the article is talking about Citadel Orange Ink that used to be produced by Games Workshop. This was cancelled some time ago. Actually recently the entire range of Citadel Inks were also cancelled.
Your best chance to find some is eBay or perhaps a local shop that still has some rather old stock left. Or maybe someone here has a bottle they are willing to pass on. Personally I still have some but I use it for rusting effects.

coat d\'arms make an orange ink.
vallejo game colour range have an orange ink.
p3 have one i think.
windsor and newton do one as well as many other companies that cater to traditional artist.
just google away and you will find tonnes of companies products to do with acrylic ink.

I went into my local gw and the guy got the box of inks from the back for me before they sent them away, managed to buy a few ones i use alot and a few I didnt have. Could try that.
