Wendy and family

Today at Ikea...They got a bed a for themselves and business desk in clearance for $10.00 that will serve as a work table for all three of them.
We have a one in the online family starting the new year off right cause of you all.
Hope it makes your New year all that more special to feel their joy.

I\'d like to help some more....

I am thinking to go through my collection of Confrontation and select a variety of figures ( certainly ones I have dupes of...)
and list them here.

I suggest Wendy takes the ones she would like. Those could be painted by her and auctioned.

The remainder could be auctioned as a package....or grouped by army...or whatever....

Whaddyathink ?

Just emailed a few of the guys at my club who wanted me to paint some minis for them . Hopefully they\'ll make a bid. Just so you know I recieved the Std bearer and other goodies. Ive made a start but havent got far yet. Glad to help hope all is well.

All figures are Confrontation. All are complete, unassembled and unpainted. All are in their original packaging with cards. I think all are US versions...

Tracy, We hope she received the box of minis we send before Christmas. Since we haven\'t heard anything, we would hate to see the box misplaced in the mail. An update, perhaps?

Anatora I do have to call her tomorrow I have not had a chance to tell her auctions are up and running ... I will ask her about receiving the minis you sent, She mailed thank you cards to many, she had mentioned needing to mail more.

I know that Wendy has been sent many gifts...we have a Wyrd up for auction that was a gift ( who sent that he is cool ) she has GW figures also I know Jeff sent the she is working on Celestine right now ...Instead of overwhelming her I feel auctioning them would be a good answer to that. I will verify that with her also on the phone when I call.

Ogrebane yes nudge them along, I don\'t blame them for asking for you to paint, I love your style of painting.

Also to you gamblers Jeff aka Dragon Forge Design has a challange going in the Trading Post for outbidding him in the auction.... :cool:

Well Jeffs already been out bid.. took about 20 minutes I think.. Looks like Ill have to go back and see what I can do again..

Chris yes she is working on the minis she got and would be overwhelmed so an auction would be best:D
Ann Yes she did get your box she had all names of received listed and has Mya (sp?)included so I know for sure that is you...she mailed a thank you card at the same time as Jeff\'s and he got his on New years day.
She asked if you could send me your address so she may re mail please, the box with the address on it, she is worried is no longer there.

Thank you so much to all of you.....

I cannot even begin to express the gratitude that the three of us would like to.

We have internet access at home now (even if it is creeping dial-up for a few days) so I can actually be on long enough to get my email maintained and get into the forums before getting booted off. :rolleyes: My lack of posting updates, thank yous, etc... was due to that situation, not a lack of desire to.

Once the faster connection is up I will be putting up the photos I took of the evac nightmare, photos of my son\'s bed and my wonderful painting area that are thanks to ya\'ll, etc.. on a website for those interested.


To anyone who sent us a package and did not recieve a thank you card, please do not think that it was an intentional act. Anytime a package came in I addressed an envelope immediately and mailed cards within a week or so. Please do not feel it went ignored or unappreciated, there were weeks that those packages were definite high points amongst so much stress and appreciated more than you can know.

I could go on and on and on, but, for now, thank you thank you thank you thank you.........

I\'ll be putting things up for voteing again as soon as it does not take all night to up/download anything, but I\'m painting and smiling thanks to you folks. :)

Wow, Wendy!!! Great to see you got internet access again - even if it is spotty and slow. Another small step back to normality.

Got my Wyrd Killjoy (strange. I think I\'ve been called that before :) ) from the auction and he looks great!!!
