order issue (order n°100025969)

Hi,

I've just received the aforementionned order, and one item is missing from it.

Last cmon mail confirmed the order dispatching, with all items.

On the delivered receipt inside the order box, one item is listed as not included, and the word "refund" is handwritten below. I have no such refund record on my paypal account.

I can PM more details and screenshots as required.

This section isn't really for this type of message - post messages directly to the cmon team members like chern or borg in the form of a PM. I am sure there must be an official link to deal with order problems in the shop section somewhere? I have no doubt they will sort out your order issue for you, my cmon shopping experience has always been good.
