ordering figures online

just curious, I\'ve ordered several figurines onlne and only received two. I\'ve reached out to Coolmini/newwave and they never replied back. Is this normal for this company not to get back to its clients
they seem very unorganized

He really shouldn\'t have to answer all the complaints, but he does it anyway.

I\'ve had some trouble with them and some good experiences.
I like to support them because they in turn support this site, but I also like to support my LGS because the owner is great and she has suffered a lot lately.

As to other companies, my only experience is Discounthobbies.com. No complaints there.
