I have a question for all. I purchased several figurines online through Cool Mini/NewWave Games. I never received my full order and they never emailed me back after I reached out to them several times. Seems like a cool company, but it this normal to be unorganized and sketchy
Seems like they wrote me off, any advice ?

Sorry to say that I tried Newwave a number of years ago with a similar result. Part of my order arrived but all of my money was taken. Despite emailing them I never recieved my missing figures.:(

I have been advised not to purchase from NewWave Games... I\'m sorry you\'re having problems with them.

I recently was having problems after ordering some items online - so I started to do some research about my rights as a customer. Here in the UK the laws that protect us from buying in normal retail shops also apply to buying online.

We have a citizens advice bureau that we can contact for advice about such problems, do you have something similar in the US? Also if you ordered by credit card you can contact them and advise them that you haven\'t recieved the full order but you have been charged. Normally the creditors will give the people 7 days to resolve your problem and then take proceedings to get the money back - if it was a normal bank card I would advise that you contact the bank with the same information.

I hope that this information might be of use to you...

Good luck...

New Wave has the absolute worst customer service in existence. They refuse to answer the phone, reply to emails, or (near as I can figure) actually ship orders. When they tried to steal my money last time, it took many weeks of me emailing them and Borg to finally get my money back.

Use http://www.thewarstore.com/. Neal ships immediately, answers email, and is great to work with. Hell, I ordered some bases from him at 3 this morning and they shipped aout 30 minutes ago.

I had the same problem with New Wave over a year ago. It took me sending them 120 emails in one night to get them to finally contact me. Even then it was only a phone call to ask me to stop emailing them. I explained that the emails would stop when my minis arrived or my money was refunded. Out of the thirty minis and three sets of bases I ordered I got two sets of bases. They claimed to have refunded the money to my credit card but I never saw it. I gave up in the end, easier to get blood out of a stone.

New Wave seems to screw everyone over. How is it they\'re still in business? Wouldnt their financial institution eventually just say \"hey listen, this is the quadrabillionth time we\'ve had to refund a payment due to your company not fulfilling its obligations so screw you hippies we\'re shutting you down\" or maybe it\'s more like \"hey, we get to charge you for each of these refunds we have to issue and you pay us each time so just keep on doing what you\'re doing, being a piece of shitty turdburglar company, we love ya\"? Cant the better business bureau shut them down? I mean cummon.

And for all you people who \"gave up\" without restitution...call your bank or credit card company and dispute the charges. New Wave will have to prove they sent you your order or send you your order at that point, if not you get the charges refunded. Even if you recieved a partial order you\'ll most likely get a full refund. That\'ll teach those hosers.

Yep, same thing happened to me recently with new wave but i managed to recieve my full order eventually. I never recieved a reply from nwg but Borg did help me out and sorted the problem.
