Ordering GD Spain tickets from the UK?

Hi all


I\'ve spent much of today trying to order four GD Spain tickets for me and my three painting buddies who are all planning on heading out from the UK to the event in Feb.

The GW.es online store won\'t let me select UK as my country and asks for a \'D.I.N\' number (is that equivalent to an NI number or something?) in the required fields for personal details which appears to prevent anyone who isn\'t Spanish from ordering anything from the site.

I\'ve also tried calling the mail order dept but I speak no Spanish and they speak no English so we got two lines into my address before we had to give up.

Does anyone have any suggestions on ordering tickets for the event?

Following the massive response to this thread...


Incase anyone else needs to know, and seeing as GW Spain seem largely unwilling to help if they can get away with it... you can order tickets from the GW.es online store but bearing two things in mind:

For the \'DNI number\' field, simply put in your passport number, and I was advised that in the delivery address section (not the personal details page at the front, but later on) you put \'deliver to Gamesday\', or, to be accurate, \'Entregue a Gamesday\' and then you should be able to collect them on the day rather than risking international postage (though you will, it seems, still be charged for postage whether you use it or not).

Hopefully that will help anyone else who wants to go but doesn\'t want to go through the two weeks of unanswered e-mails, unhelpful or unanswered phone calls and generall stress that I had to go through!
