Gotta paint me some Orks some time soon, it's been much too long! This one is a bit of a mixed job for me. Good things - I think the NMM looks funky, and actually manages to suit the Orks even though you haven't grubbied it up (I think it's because you've nailed the dark, blueish hues of steel in there) and I like the extra detail on the base too. I'm not keen on the skin however, it looks a bit underworked and somewhat blotchy. I think more contrast is needed, and it could perhaps benefit from being toned down overall. As has already been mentioned, the aquilla is probably the biggest weak point. It, and the other yellow bits, look a bit like an afterthought that were rather rushed.
All in all, it's good, but with a little extra work I think it could be improved.
