Actually I find it normal that people who don\'t act ( me included) can\'t appreciate the whole quality ( or lack of) of the acting beeing done. It\'s the same for any art form I guess, for exemple you can\'t expect sombody who dosn\'t paint mini to really appriciate the difference between a good and a bad mini, it\'ll just come out as \"this one looks good, this one looks bad\".

That\'s contradictory Frenchkid! The whole point IS about good and bad, and you just proved it. It\'s a little trite to say you have to be in the know to have an understanding. Do football fans have no understanding the game they watch? That\'s a nonsense.

Well I\'m not saying that you don\'t understand it. There are just some fine point you are missing. For exemple I know that after working as a cameraman I paid a lot more attention to camera angle and such during movie, now I\'m pretty sure most people don\'t pay attention to those things. So when they come out of the movie and say \"it was badly filmed\" they don\'t really know why that\'s just the way they feel. Someone who\'s into filming will be able to give critisme and say why it was badly filmed (bad camera angle, ect...).
