I think my paint mixing/airbrush skills will let me down but will spend some time on the weekend (work gets in the way!!) and apply what you have written/shown.

What kind of airbrush are you using? If you're using a gravity fed brush, you should be able to achieve the results in Shawn's pic without too much mixing. Pop some of your hull colour in on a low pressure and you will be able to feather in the yellow colour with a bit of light spray The white probably needs to be done with a real brush.

Am using an Iwata dual action-gravity fed, and sprayed the yellow at about 5psi, but did dilute the paint a bit too much. Should be fine so long as I have patience and not be tempted to rush!

Awesome, you should be able to blend in some blue quite comfortably with that then
