Official Freak Bar Witch
nope nothing about painting or minis...
I had a lovely hot boring afternoon, doing some paperwork while my niece Stacy bitched and moaned trying to sign up for next semesters classes at one of our local community colleges on the computer.
So being the Wise(a$$) Witch that I am I thought I would enlighten her on how we old bats did it “ in days of yore”
First you were issued a day to show up to resister for classes or the “Cattle Call from Hell”. As this is sunny Calif. the fun filled event was held outside under any shade that could be found.
English table over there, Science under the tree that birds are sitting in, pooping on all those nice volunteers, ( if you like sons/daughters of Satan on the rag”). *note for our UK friends.. it means having a bad time of the month* <------ being delicate for the guys here who may not know how close to death they are from a near and dear one who is ovulating.
Each volunteer sat before castle walls of boxes and boxes of little cards, so many cards per class, with the Seniors having first rights. You knew those Seniors were holding Dark Bloody Rites to get to the head-of-the-line.
Now the object of this “game” is to get in line with a hundred others and pray that special class you need doesn\'t fill up before you got to the front of the line. Other wise you tried for your second choice, or third, or four, or settled for Beading 101.
I could of gone on for hours but Stacy’s eyes were glazing and the drool hanging from the corner of her mouth told me shock had set in and anymore unwelcome tales would push her over into a coma.
You Kids Are A Bunch of Cream Puffs and have it to easy
now let me tell you about walking 5 miles in a snowstorm, up hill with a starving timber wolf gnawing on one ankle..........:cussing:

lol
