Hi WiccanPony & Co, yeah, this is completely unfamiliar to me. I spent ages trying to post in my WIP thread, cursing the software, until I realised I'd typed the image url in incorrectly lol
Looks like every software upgrade at work, bigger buttons , replicated everywhere sucking up screen real estate, plus massive horizontal bars of emptiness. I think the people who design this stuff must all have bigger monitors than me I thought it was calling me a Bender until I squinted & realised it says I'm a Blender?
I do react terribly to change though, once the initial trauma wears off I'm sure I'll be find

PS I'd never have dreamed so much of me being "BPI" on here could be tied to an image of a zombie rabbit with an axe through his head. It feels strange without my face lol

Where are the explanations of these things?

i´m sorry what i meant tom say was: I like the new look and the technical upgrade , but a few topics seem to have been lost , especially that extremely helpfull collection of topics in "painting andf conversions" that covered a lot of basic question - is there any way we can get them back ?
oh and also i like the opportunity to finally use my new dalek avatar, i miss the other avatars and personal sinatures.
Also i can´t find the buttons for inbcluding pics, links , and so on. Did i overlook them or are they still missing ?

Right, got my face back. Yay! Not sure about the layout though. Seems like my avatar's come out much smaller now, despite there being a huge waste of space next to the poster information (anyone with a better description, please come forward!). The large amounts of white space offend my editor's eye by interrupting the flow from one post to the next.
You need to change your default editor to full on "bling", (i.e. the full editor with all the works) rather than the simple text box. It defaults to the text box, let me see if I can fiddle with something to fix that.

I'm liking the look of this. I'm just wondering what all the acievements are about.
And finally I can use the avatar I use (almost) everywhere else. I just couldn't get it to work on the old forum.

mmmmm. interesting. it seems nice. i like it. the dead space is not not so great, but ill get over that. now to readjust everything.

click the lil pen and notepaper icon to the far right of the bottom of a post. The quick reply box should turn white and let you type stuff.
