they alternate the names female/male on the list for each season. it started out with the names of the wives of the guys in the weather service office. (why they\'re called \'her-icanes?) bill is a \'himmicane.\'

he\'s going to probably skirt the east coast of america, then roll over towards ireland as a big thunderstorm.
