I\'m running on Generator power now, and the lines to get gas are over 2 hours so I\'ll keep this short.
I\'m alive, and well with relatively little damage to my home.
Suprisingly enough there was very little rain, however, the winds where incredible. I personally have over four large trees down in my yard, and the damage around Ascension Parish is simply astonishing. They are estimating between 3-6 weeks before the state gets power back. Gustav made Katrina look pretty weak. I\'ll be out taking pics if I can.
