Thanks Zab, I have an extensive background in customer service and particularly customer service for web based retail and it's pretty surprising that they don't even have an auto reply set-up. I certainly won't rage quit, that's not really my style. I just have wanted to favorite a couple of things and haven't been able too and I wanted to send a couple of PM's but I need to empty out my message box first, not a huge deal, but it does rankle. Maybe they will pro-rate my $11?
