Paid my $11 but no favorites...

Hey my recurring payment went through on 5/19 but it still looks like I am not upgraded. Can someone take a look for me?

Hello? Anyone? Should I file a charge back and start over. I have also sent a direct e - mail and a PM on face book all with zero response. Does anyone have any suggestions?

That's upsetting. I renewed manually last time so now i am thinking i should do the same this time. Also i notice CMON takes a LONG time to reply to any direct questions or emails which has prompted a lot of rage quits. I like the site and community, but the customer service is slow which can make folks feel like they are being ignored.

Thanks Zab, I have an extensive background in customer service and particularly customer service for web based retail and it's pretty surprising that they don't even have an auto reply set-up. I certainly won't rage quit, that's not really my style. I just have wanted to favorite a couple of things and haven't been able too and I wanted to send a couple of PM's but I need to empty out my message box first, not a huge deal, but it does rankle. Maybe they will pro-rate my $11?

I guess I might be behind about 100 kickstarter backers that didn't get their order processed either. CMON, if you had of been checking your bug list, e-mail or facebook PM's you might have known you were going to have a problem...

I did mine a couple weeks ago and it was activated pretty quickly. They must be having a bad week. (or month)

Fixed! PM'ing the CMON facebook early AM was the ticket! They gave me a refund on my $11 and I re-ordered. I have a feeling they have a mountain of customer service issue right now and had some paypal failure. Any ways good to go, thanks CMON!
