Anyway how do you know, you haven\'t painted anything in 6 months lol :D
Yes I have... I just can\'t show it yet! :p

@Moderrhu
What, me? Nooooo... :innocent:

But seriously, no, I have a couple of W&N7 brushes I\'ve bought separately and a bunch of other brands.

It\'s just that you can buy the same set from W&N only without the bolter shell and the rag and the printed logos.

lol I just checked your gallery, and saw Sola, Dwarf Pirate, great face and subtle blending. Appologies :rolleyes:

For brushes matty1001 has the best link I\'ve found and they are decent brushes from them.:D

I find GW brushes are good for binning, straight after I get them home :D however W&N, put up with all my slapping paint about, even basing lol great brushes

Whoever said W&N are expensive for what they are are wrong if you read information on them you will queen victoria demanded she had the best quality size 7\'s they could make.

@angelos
Queen Victoria is dead now, isn\'t she? :] They may have been THE best once (and there\'s no knowing that), but NOW they\'re simply good brushes. If they are worth their price or not is another matter.

I was just making a fact on how long it was since W&N were THE BEST (Or atleast according to Old Vic.), there could well be better or same value brushs out now.

I use the W&N Cirrus line for most of my painting. I have heard poor reviews of them, but they work for me. With care they last forever.

For freehand and details (like eyes) I use a cheapie $2 18/0 and 10/0 brushes I got from a craft store.

More than anything I would recommend getting a cake of brush soap. This stuff works wonders. I use it after every long painting session.
