Paint flowing up brush hairs during dip?

If you dip the tip of your brush into mixed paint and the paint travels up the brush..is it to thick or to thin?

Too thin, sort of. Depends on what you\'re trying to do. If it was too thick it would sit on the end of your brush in a lump.

It\'s not too thick!

It\'s thin, so try soaking the lower portion of the bristles on paper towel and you\'ll be fine.

It\'s thin, but not necessarily too thin.

Of course sometimes you do want to use paint that is that diluted.
