A year goes by, old people go, new people come... the challenge starts again.. with a difference..
The Rules:
You select someone who you want to challege to a "paint off".
Between you, you decide on a mini you want to paint or convert (or both).
You both have a untill the specified time to paint the mini, from when you both get the mini.
At the end of the month (or before) you both submit a picture or montage to the Paintoffchallengeref account and I will submit it into my gallery and the winner is the person with the highest score after the mini reaches 50 votes.
Once you have challenged someone and agreed on a mini, post the names of the challengers and the mini in this thread.
All final photos of minis must be submitted by December the 31st 2009
