@Chrispy - Wow! That is such a clever idea! A copy of that picture goes in my \"neat painting ideas\" store. Fantastic.

It looks like it could be adapted for a colored crystal if you got one of those transparent colored sheets to see how grey looks through a particular color.

Actually, all you\'d have to do is paint what\'s behind it and then use a thinned down paint over it. That way, the colors won\'t mix weird and it\'ll give the correct colors as if seeing through it!
