Painting Flesh/Faces Help

am lookin to improve myself after the GDUK went by and one of the main areas i have always struggled with is painting realistic flesh, i picked up a few tutorials from creafigs and iv been working on this sister of sigmar for a few hrs. now am after a bit of critque, how can i make improve this face and make it more realistic?

Hey there!

Looks pretty sweet so far. Here are some pointers:

1. Redden the lips a little (not very much, so it should be hardly noticeable IRL) with a few controlled glazes.

2. The flesh highlights are a bit too white, try some yellow nuances and mix dark blue in for the shadows.

3. The eyes: Black dot where you want the figure to be \"looking\" and add reflective dot where the light would hit it naturally (in this case, from the figure\'s left side).

right guys update!

thanks for the help guys, iv made quite a few changes, a little pink on the lips, made the race darker by working with purples and blues and iv repainted the eyes, very difficult to get a crisp reflective dot
