We took 1 (best group table) of the numerous obscure secondary awards at GD Chicago. Fear our unfair collective table making powers puny mortals!!
Look out best banner/costume/dance moves..We\'re comin\' for ya!!! lol
(leaving the topic entirely...)
Oh, yeah! You guys were great! I sat with Travis for a while at the scenery make-and-take as we desperately scrounged for walls. lol

When Jim and I (team Wappellious ??? ) left for GD Chicago, we didn\'t know what to expect.

We met a few members of TNA at Adepticon (Rogue Demons) last year, and knew they would be here. We were looking forward to visiting with them again.

I never considered being a member of their team. It doesn\'t mean we don\'t talk and exchange ideas. We still hang out.

Through TNA we met some of the Team Montreal guys, and they were very inclusive
(being the opposite of exclusive ;) ) .

They didn\'t know me from Adam and they were friendly to me, and answered hobby questions as if I were one of them.

I don\'t feel like I need to be on a team, but it\'s nice to know other painters who share my passion, who I can contact if I want advice or a critique.

The reason I met Team Montreal is that I went up and talked to them.

That is how you meet other painters.
Don\'t just assume they are snobs, or elitists.

It\'s not about nationalism or elitism. It just happens to be where most members are from.

Travis @ gamesday

HakoMike-
Cool man! Travis has the infurating ability to constantly (and accurately) drop a comet of cassandora on my general by turn 2.
Yep...I hate that guy.

We were thinking about pulling an inquisitor table (54mm w/working LEDs ect.) for next year.:)

I agree with Reverend. Does it really matter if people are \"patriotic\" if it\'s all in good spirits? So far we haven\'t had much problems... probably because most guys/gals are nice folks! :)

Don\'t forget the drinking bit afterwards! Always very important.
