painting types of dwarf slayers... a mystery??

I\'m painting my dwarf army and I\'m suddenly faced with a silly question - what is the \"look\" difference between the different types of slayers?
I looked everywhere and could not find anything, I only could deduce that daemon slayers have a double blade axe, but outside of that I have NO idea how to diffenrenciate them
Help, folks!

From what I can see, those with double headed axes are the leaders, with the only exception I can see being the old daemon slayer. I can\'t see any didtinction other than that, either. Maybe as they \"fail\" to meet their heroic death against Trolls, it just means they live longer, gain fancier axes and so on. Therefore the giant, dragon and daemon slayers are the equivalent of heroes choices. Maybe they get more tatoos as they go along as well.

That just about sums it up.....
Fancier more elaborate designs for the dragon and daemonslayers..They tend to have bigger hair...

For visual differences on the table you may want to introduce a different colour into the different kinds hair or tattoos..or maybe tattoos referring to the dwarf runes for each type....

What\'s the problem, they are all psychopathic nutters with a Deathwish.
Just paint the double bladed axes and use them a the \"Heroes\". Think grand tattoo\'s and scars.

The harder the slayer the bigger the hair. Like with other dwarfs the length of the beard denotes age, rank and prowess in combat. Slayers have the crest too. When they take the oath they shave their heads and begin to grow the slayer crest so whilst a troll slayer might have a short one a Daemonslayer would have a whopping great big do. More shiney bangles and torcs also help

I Agree with the genral idea, if they are going up in status as such then more tattoos to show battles won and scars, theres not enuf slayers with scars for my liking stands to sense they would have a fair few.

a enemies head on a base would help portray the fact he is hard, along with everyone elses suggestions

I agree: crazier hair more tatiis and piercings and scars for the demon slayers
but what about the axes? bigger ax for the bigger slayers?
