Not a lot of help, but all I\'ve got. Besides the obvious Google images for veins.
I want to say, that if the veins were ABOVE the skin surface, yes, what I wrote would be the wrong way to paint them. But, since they\'re UNDER the skin, the edges would be less distinct and thus lighter (aka, more skin tone).Originally posted by mattrock
