Hello there, im relatively new to this site, but I'Ve seen the good advice that is doled out on a daily basis so i figured that i would drag my problem here and try to get some helpful input.
. First of all i have been working on a demon pronce conversion for a little bit of time. With the new plastic kit for daemons, they give you enough parts for 1.5 demon princes. the second demon prince comes missing a back and legs, which i figured i could sculpt.
-End of story is that i have finished converting this model. If people care enough ill post a pic, but here's my description
...Since i don't like how GW decides to make such un-dynamic models, i decided to model my legs as if my prince were in mid stride. I modeled my prince after http://t2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcRGZzVEkMGLVPbQ7fWJWOqwBc19expWFeVQu6N5rPkl4zGHwzb_nQ . i have his legs looking liek a large CSM and i have him sprinting through what i tried to make look liek water splashing. i did my best with white plastic putty epoxy. I have the base and the model finished but now i don't know how to paint this water so it looks as realistic as possible , because i tried really hard sculpting this, and i want the paint job to reflect my pride in this mini.
