Depends how \"fresh\" you want em to look.

Start with Pale/Elf flesh add Geens, Greys Purples and Yellows to taste.
Don\'t forget to ad the effects of lividity on the backs.

Can you sort of give me a tutorial on painting the zombie?

personally the way i did my zombie flesh was a quite simple but super effective was for a sort of \"really dead zombie\" ...not the sort of freash dead zombie

1: prime the zombie in black
2: use a catachan green for the base colour of the skin making sure that the sockets are left black (you\'d see why it looks better after)
3:depending on the area you are covering such as the top of the head torso you either want to use a light dry brushing of camo green ... or if you are covering somewhere like the arms or the torso i used a fine detail brush to make thin likes of camo greenthat lighten up the raise areas such as the ribs
4: for zombie eyes i used a rotting flesh, then covered with a red ink and then highlighted with rotting flesh again andthen added VERY small pupils
5: for teeth or protruding bones remember that they had been undead for a while so they won\'t be as clean as yours... i used a scorched brown then highlighted with kommando kahki

if you wanted fresh zombie
i did a scorch brown-> dwarf flesh-> rotting flesh combo that made him look hours dead and pale....
as this is my first post i will have a picture up shortly as soon as i find my camera

You could try Reaper\'s undead skin triad. The triads come with a base color, midtone and a highlight.
here:
http://www.reapermini.com/store/customer/product.php?productid=4295&cat=78&page=5

Quick tutorial:
Thin your paints (with water) about 50/50.
Put on a base coat,
Paint less of the area in the midtone,
Paint just the edges in highlight.

Alternate:
Paint the midtone.
Thin the shadow color about 4 water to 1 paint. Paint it on, it should sink into the recesses - this is called a wash.
Paint just the edges in highlight.
