Pan from Studio Mcvey

This is my take on Pan from Studio Mcvey which was done for a competition on www.dragonpainting.net.

The colors on his skin are a bit bland, and all I can say is that my photo"skills" P) have stolen a bit of the final highlights - still needs more contrast though.

Not bad but that fur needs some more highlighting. But that base is really good.

I like the mood you accomplished. Also having the only real dash of colour in the fairies was a neato way to go.

really love that mini, think i have a go at it sometime like the mood of it, it's well painted. however i personally think you can push the highlight one or two steps overall to get a more atmospheric effect. some OSL at the fearies would be cracking also, to increase the effect that they're glowing.

Yep, I second that OSL suggestion. That would really make them pop.
