Its not often that i go to a wargaming store and feel compelled to write about it. But i've been over in Singapore for a couple of days and had a spare hour so i thought i'd check out a local store. Not a massive store, but A really good selection of stuff (at least compared to what i can get at home in the sandpit) and some really friendly staff. If anyone is passing through Singapore i highly recommend it.

I wouldn't.

I used to know the owners (it changed hands three times, as I recall, one time involving a massive fraud case), and it was really nice back then. Nowadays, there's this "let's stand around and talk, and ignore the customers" going around (it's not endemic just to Paradigm Infinitum, of course), and the few times I've been there, it's happened to me.

This was while I was contemplating purchasing three armies outright. In the end, I didn't buy anything from there at all, and picked up my armies over e-Bay.

The current owner used to be a fixture there, but now he works part-time only, and the whole place has gone downhill.

Interesting. The owners were really friendly and attentive when I wnet there. May be a case of the right person on the right day!

Its a difficult thing to recommend a store to an online friend.
I've done that recently and been let down by the owners attitude and the state of the shop.
Left me with the proverbial "egg on the face", good job Ken Bromley's were more welcoming.
