@dragonreach, thanks for the offer but I think I\'ll first try WH Smiths. That way I can also check what varieties they have (I\'m after the rollerball refill but considering the quality I\'m interesting in trying others too). Tooshy, thanks for the help.

@Rev, I think BIC is aiming at the consumer market for bulk plastic/metal disposable products.

My handwriting sucks no matter the brand of pen I use... so I just pick up the first one I can find... most of them those free commericial printed pens. Well my uncle has a plumber-bussiness and has his own printed pens. Very nice ones and seeing he has the same last name as me (which is a rare name: Dukino) I don\'t have to fear to much people stealing my pens at work. Gottten my name written all over it ;)

Hehe, me and my brothers used to buy KAO (same as our familyname) diskettes for that reason. They are rare here so it worked quite good as identifiers. :) Totally off topic: Cindy, there is going to be a second pirates of the caribbean movie with Johnny Depp. Thought you might be interested.

I might be in trouble now...

If I had one tenth the talent of the painters at Lascaux I\'d be very happy.

Tooshy: On the Naughty stool again. There\'s a surprise (NOT) ;)
Peter might have to use the MiniMole grips I sent you, on you. ;):D

Quite right, but it got me thinking of humorous business pairings. A local video shop realised a while ago that it was starting to struggle, so it started doing Tool/Plant Hire as well! You\'ve got to fight your way through cement mixers just to pick up a copy of Rocky II lol

@ Dragonsreach - you know, the clever buggers could do perspective and everything. That\'s what impressed me. You look at the Bayeaux Tapestry and other more modern stuff and none of them had a clue about perspective. The people who made those drawings understood it though (look at the legs that would be furthest away on an animal and they\'ve made them clearly smaller as it would appear to us in real life). The people were very skilled...

Secret Crocodile
Mont Blanc
Parker
Waterman

Those are my favorites. Ii\'m saving up to get a Mont Blanc for myself (recently bought one as a pressie and nearly kept it!).

Had my last Waterman a total of 3 weeks before it was nicked. For a normal ball point pen I like Parker.

As for fountain pens, I\'m a lefty, and taught myself at a young age to turn the paper round (I more or less write at anywhere between 90 -180 degrees to the the lines on the paper), so I get round the smudgy thing easily!!
