Paying CKPM CMoN Kickstarter Pledge Manager without PayPal?

There are loads of alternate payment options in the world.

Is there a way to simply have my bank send an e-check to CMoN, rather than going through PayPal?

Is there an alternative, such as mailing a check or money order?

Or paying via Credit Card like the CMoN store?
