I saw the gold one and I must say, is no chance to beat him. Anybody knows who was the third? The final ceremony was not good for winners and their knowing about results.

@Kretcher: I don't know now. Maybe next year on the GD. It was great experience, but I was alone there and my poor English don't help.

Thank you Canny. It came very slowly to me what has been achieved.

Its looks like I have another long break on this forum. I sad for it. But I don't lose all that time. This is my new group of pathfinders for my Tau army. I tried achieved maximum speed with best possible quality and this is result. About 5-6 hours on each after airbrushed camo.

But this is not the main reason, why I open this grave .
New year and new challenges are here. It is painting red armor this time. I tried paint some reflections on the armor and need some help with reflections on the shoulder armor. It seems like dot reflection isn't it?

Maybe dots and line fro the red armour like how flame on does his black armour? Lovely Tau

Yep I'm with Zab a small dot and glaze over it till you think it's good. I do love the brightness of your blood angel. Gray face too.

Thanks for advices. I have the same point of view. I think style of the highlight looks good, but the position is wrong in compare to other highlights. Please let me know, what do you think.

Hell yeah every time I paint NMM gold I get a little better, Your gold is looking very nice try squeeze a tiny bit more black into it for more contrast, looking like a similar shine to the red armor.
Awesome work I have Space hulk just waiting to be painted will get there one day.

Thanks for tips, I have the same feel about gold. Problem is the size of details. I have problem with building gradients there.
Progress from yesterday. Left leg and some details. I have problem with consistency and intensity of the highlights. I will try to fix after all armor painted. What do you think? Every comments or critics are welcome.

Fantastic work love the bolter, the gold is looking much better also. Leg is looking like a good start, I think the shine is not too bright. As you say see how it looks as you get the seals done.
