Personal tragedy

Yesterday morning, Saturday, my father passed away. It was VERY sudden, and although he was seventy six, unexpected. He was in perfect health, and we all thought he would live forever. Friday night the entire family had gone out to dinner for my neice\'s birthday, and he was laughing and joking. He had an anorism in the middle of the night, his organs shut down, and by the time they got him to the hospital it was too late. We are all devastated, and if anyone could offer a prayer for my Dad it would help me through this very tough time.

I am sorry for your loss, it is a shock when things of an unexpected nature happen, I know how you feel, I too had some very bad news last week and me and my family are still reeling from it trying to understand why it should have happened.
I hope you are able to come to terms with your loss though it will be hard.

This is sad, but then again, this is probably better than weeks of suffering and deterioration. Not that that\'s any comfort... I\'m sorry for your loss.

I feel for you. I know that you can find it in you to be strong, as you no doubt are being. All you can do now is appreciate him and pass on the memory of him. :)

About a month ago I buried my mom. She was 56 and while her helth was poor, it to was sudden.

I understand mostly what your going though. I am sorry. Just lean on those around you and be prepared to be leaned on by others.

That\'s exactly how my Dad went....

You\'re in charge now...possibly, unless you have older siblings. It\'s a daunting thought.

I\'ve been there... my thoughts are with you.

Markus, I lost a parent a few years ago and it is an awful, confusing and crushing experience. Though I do not pray, you have all my sympathies.
