What is the best way to take photos? i presume on a white background or on terrain but my pictures still come out blurry, i have 3.5 megapixel camera so it should come out fine, how far away should the focus be from lens and should there be any zoom, camera is only 2x zoom, sorry if this is wrong place or if someone else has posted this but i couldnt find anywhere. thanks a lot everyone

Not being a real expert you can take this advice with a grain of salt. I improved my pictures emensly by putting more light on them. I use at least two light sources slightly in front and to both sides of the mini. I also use a graded blue background becuase Ive found if you have anything in the background it will focus on that instead.
Now with your zoom never use the digital zoom if you want to make it bigger use software to do it. There are alot of tutes in the article section and Ive read them all but I still take middle of the road pics.

You should take several shots at different distances till you work out your camera focal length. Mine is about 20cms.

So more light try several distances and read the tutes. Good luck.

ooh, also if your camera has macro mode, normally indicated by a small picture of a flower, use that ( 90% of cameras have it these days) taking photos without it will be very difficult.
