I know this has been flogged a million times over but what part of the voting sytem is irrational?
Anyway I liked the submitted picture in question, but it is a little \"hazy\" to vote on a picture like that. Sure the pic is cool, but how do I rate it? The Necrons are okay I guess but what would I score them sans photo shop?
not irrational, but not practical
people use their opinion to vote rather than understanding...and therefor you will see good minis get bad votes and bad minis get good votes...
until everyone understands what it is they are looking at, or doesnt bias because they like or dislike people(which is another common thing here on cmon) you will always get this
and im also tired of hearing people saying \"oh the voting is messed who cares\" obviously you do if you keep posting stuff on cmon to get voted on, and obviously you would when it starts to affect the sale price of a figure
as for editing, honestly its obvious unless you are really good, in which case no one will know anyways
if you add photoediting you might as well add design, and concepts as well
id prefer to not see edited photos, it doesnt really serve a major purpose to \"cool mini or not\"...its more digital art than it is figure painting/sculpting etc
