Picture submission says waiting? Won't let me upload more than two entries?

Hi everyone,

I might've missed something since I'm new here, but two of my submissions are still "waiting"... what does that mean?

And it says I have room for 1100, but every time I try and upload a third image nothing happens.

Any suggestions?
