Plasticard for the US

I found a place where you can get Plasticard relatively cheaply. I use this company a lot at work and they are always quick and dependable.

Plasticard is sheets of plastic card that comes in various thicknesses. You can easily cut shapes from the card and build things with it. Great for modelling!

And if you read some sculpting articles you will find that plasticard is used to do the blades or any of those fine stuff that can\'t be made of greenstuff ( well actually it can but harder, but I think allan uses green stuff or milliput for is baldes ), that is all young padawan.

Aye, Frenchkid, McMaster-Carr, has all kinds of stuff, for all types of things. I buy a lot of tools and parts for work, as well as raw materials when we have to manufacture things on site.

I just use old cut up credit cards/phone cards etc. Is it the same stuff?

Well I used to think that but I read somwhere that it was easy to cut,, just like butter And my telephone cards definetly don\'t go easy.

Go to an office depot store and buy a plastic sign. It\'s a lot cheaper, and it is the same material.

If you\'re determined to spend money though, look for hobby stores that carry electric trains. Any well stocked hobby train store will carry various styles and shapes of plasticard. They also come in angles, rods, and with textures like brick or stone, all at various scales to match your needs.

Plasticard is also known as sheet styrene.
