You can try babelfish. It works fairly well, though it seems that the people on the forum are using a lot of slang that isn\'t getting translated.

Go here for babelfish:
http://babelfish.altavista.com/

Near the bottom of the form is a place to insert a url. You will have to navigate to the actual article though for some reason an error comes up when you get the first page.

Sorry for the double post.

I decided to see what I can find out using babelfish.

Actually it\'s pretty simple and ingenous.

Basically use the tool shown (most xacto sets have one). Lay out some green stuff 2mm thick. Let it cure quite a bit.

Use the tool to carve a relief of the pattern you want and let it cure.

Then use this relief as a mold for the greenstuff you plan on adding to the model.

There are tons of examples of reliefs created in this way. The some examples of balls of green stuff put on the releif to pick up the pattern. These are then partly cured and cleand up to the required shape.

The last bits show how these are put on a model.

It actually says to use milliput to do the etching as milliput is harder.

It is copied from the photo etching technique. There is also some stuff about lubricating your tool and if you make mistakes to refill the line let it dry and start again. my french isnt too good but thats the gist of it. Very simple technique Scibor uses it alot for his conversions.

Once you have the template you then use green stuff rolled out to approx 2mm thickness. Lube you template then press the green stuff on the template. etc. have fun.

If you\'re patient, Cedric (aka Greenstuff) will translate it into an proper article.

This is a DIY version of what Scibor does - he designs his on a computer and then gets moulds made for him from a milling machine. Cyrils version is cheaper!!!!
