Hi I just joined this site today , I have just started to paint busts having given up on 1/35 scale figures as my eyes are just too old an my hands shake to much to paint heads the size of a pea.
I have just finshed my first bust and it looks kind of amateur hour but I am quite pleased , my goal is to make each one better than the last. I m using Vallejo acrylics and Windsor and newton series 7 brushes .
One of the busts I have bought is from Amati , I want to know how to paint the base the same way as they do on their website. I emailed hem to ask but they never replied . If anyone knows how to make resin look like marble I would appreciate it very much
