Please recommend company that makes non-cartoonish orc miniatures...

Hello,

I'm looking for a company that makes orc miniatures that are not over-the-top cartoonish (i.e. gorilla-stance, huge fists, weapons, jaws and "tusks").

I realise I'm quite alone in this preference, but I like the Games Workshop LOTR Orcs & Goblins more than any others that I have seen. The only problem with them is that they're hellishly expensive.

Are there are any other companies that anyone can recommend I check out?

In my opinion, Reaper has some great designs …

… both in their recent Dark Heaven offerings …

… and in their Warlord Reven faction.

How remiss of me to not recommend Mantic's plastic Orcs! I had great fun painting these fellas. Nice humanoid proportions. If you eschew green flesh these become great generic fantasy races/

Keep an eye on ebay for the GW LotR Orcs & Goblins you can pick them up for a reasonable price that way.

I'm also looking at Red Box Games' HelsVakt as possible Orc minis, especially the guys with Helmets so most of their face detail is obscured if not completely obscured.
