Plz help with this mini

Hi all. This is my first post here, even thoug I have long read al I could read in the CMON site. I have truly learned a lot, in only months time, but I sure need more practice and feedback.
What follows is a little diorama, which won the best diorama prize, at my local Gamesworkshop store.
I would like to bring it to the GoldenDemons (even though I know I won\'t have much of a chance, I think it is worth a try), but, to do so, I would like to make it better looking.
This is actually my first try at NMM ( lol ).

looks good.. however when i look at the pics for it that are closer i relize something.. your blending could use a little work... other then that it looks pretty good. my udgestion is to take a shade between the highlight and main colour wet it down a fair ammount and slp it in between and blend the 2 together.

I agree. I think the color selection is good as well as the composition. The blending just needs more work. Now I dont claim to be an expert but I would also go a little higher with the highlighting. Nice job tho.
