Hey, anything that makes us smile these days can\'t be all bad. :)

I used to only get one pop-up when I\'d link to this site. Now I\'m getting up to 6 at a time. Then go through the same process all over when I login.... Yeah, the Pop-up Blocker was amusing - the first time. Just glad I haven\'t gotten the rumored Brittany one.

Sure, the pop-ups have increased but the site has accelerated hugely as well. I used to have major problems with logging on and staying on until recently, when everything started to work smoothly once again. This happy event coincided with the increase in frequency of pop-ups. I suspect that is the price we have to pay. I can live with that however, for what the site has to offer.:D

why bother with pop-ups?

if you use a good browser (Mozilla, for example) you can block them all, accept for requested ones, for free.

i havent seen one in 6 months.

Putting up with pop ups (for the time being) means that we can afford an extra 512 megs of RAM, which is part of the reason why the site is so much faster these days.

I\'m implementing other revenue models soon to increase the capacity of the site. More on this as developments develop :)
