Reminds me of pro wrestling in the mid-to-late 80\'s here in the US. On Ted Turner\'s TBS broadcasts, announcers were not allowed to call chairs, brass knuckles, etc \'foreign objects\' because that might be offensive...they had to call them \'international objects\'. lol

Oh, and Frosty. Yum. Just don\'t put your french fries in it...that\'s communist.

Larry Elmore or Clyde Caldwell?

What about \"Freedom Fries\"? whatever those are supposed to be...:D

Caldwell is more Fantastical, but my tastes go more toward realism. So Larry Elmore for me!!

Chocolate covered Ants or Sugar roasted beetles?

Hmmm, I\'ve seen the size the beetles can reached when I lived in Nigeria for one summer. So, I guess I\'d have to vote for the \"ants\". Being smaller, if I didn\'t like it, it would only be one tiny nasty moutful.

@ airhead: I loved My Mother the Car. Jerry Van Dyke was never able to match the comedic celebrity of his brother, Dick, but this show was a great platform for him. I thought the whole concept of one\'s mother reincarnating as a car was hysterical. Ha. (...now I\'m showing my age).

@ freakinacage: sorry to show my ignorance, but what the heck does \"sod pc!\" mean? (give me a break. I\'m one of them older mini collectors. I don\'t get around much.)

An expensive ultra-modern high-rise condo with a great city night view located in the heart of a bustling major metropolis?

... or...

A luxury country mansion with gorgious day views of the valley and mountains in the countryside, your nearest neighbor 1/2 away.

?

mansion in the country. I\'m a homebody and if I\'m home I don\'t want to be bothered by anyone else (aside from whoever might be living with me). But I\'ve had it with noisy neighbors in apartment/condo buildings. They suck!

If you win the lottery do you cash in all at once or request a certain amount every year for the next 20 years?

Most lotterys offer two options..a full cash out or payments.. Payments will pay you more in the long run and its 20 years of guaranteed income but if I win the big one..Im cashing out and running.Ill send posts cards from warm places ;)

I agree on the apartment issue..I spent 9 years in apartments before I bought my house.. I got so tired of listening to people fight or f*ck on the other side of the wall..

My first apartment here in Cincinnati I had a girl that lived above me that would wake me from a dead sleep either screaming at her BF cause she was pissed at him or was..well use your imagination..

Hmmmm a can of worms there...

MtB offensive to Muslims or Sooty offensive to mute people.

I think I\'ll er on the side of caution and go with Sooty. The mutes are less likely to shout at me :D

Sod is short for sodomy so it\'s closer to bugger it..... Sorry that\'s enough of me being anal,,,, ooooooh never mind :moon:

here\'s a happy one for you

Life in prison (that is actual life, no release) or electric chair?

Same thing....lol

Well, I\'ve been to Texas, and thought I was in Hell once, but as I am a recovering Catholic I have to say ~It\'s your Hell, YOU burn in it...~:p

I\'ll go with Texas, everything is big there...like boobies....:D...Plus you can\'t go wrong with a state that acts like a Country:bouncy:

Winter or Summer?

Summer, natch\'

@steelcult: lethal injection is actually a horrifically painful way to go. Read up. But I imagine that electric chair would be just as awful. I\'d opt for life imprisionment, ...and then simply become the darling of the prison system, ...and beaten up periodically for being such as wise-ass.

Fall or Spring ?

Fall -

And while LI may be an incredibly painful way to die, having read some murder cases, and removed bodies in others, I can say there are some people that I do not have an issue sending out in a painful manner. But then again, I am a bit of a rightwing nutjob.

Didn\'t Nicko McBrain have something to do with Sooty? My only exposure to Sooty is from some Iron Maiden concert video where somebody threw one onstage and Bruce started goofing around with it.

Yeah Nicko was a guest on the Sooty show once. I have the distinction of actually watching it when it aired :D. Iwas very small but I vaguely remember them having a prop Iron Maiden that he did something with. And he played his drums too. I remember thinking it was ace but then of course I forgot about Maiden for ages until I rediscovered them much later on. Unfortunately it was just as Virtual Eleven was released and I thought it was a bit poo. Of course now I sit here in my Maiden t-shirt safe in the knowledge of just how good they actually are :D

Edit: hehe I just found a bit of it here
