well see... heres the thing.... thats an older pic..... heres a new pic of it now that the tyranid army is done and im starting the orks my friend gave me not too long ago! orks on the front left have second highlight on skin orcs on right have skin basecoat orks ontop have metal started.. lol

Well we bought the house about five years ago and this was one of the first rooms we renovated!
The desks took me a couple of months to build and paint (in my spare time). I had the laminate bench tops made to fit and it was ready to go!
The photos of the actual work areas are a bit out of date. The painting area has twice as many paints and the sculpting/conversion/assembly area is a lot more of a mess!! lol
The mermaid painting has moved to another room and been replaced by a signed and numbered LOTR print. The bookshelf has also gone, to be replaced on the wall opposite the desk by a glass display cabinet. I have two LOTR swords that will also hang on that wall.

Damn, nosferatu, that\'s a cool painting room! You got class dude I like the huge desk, and a seperate section for sculpting and painting.
I move out to my own apartment in about a year, then i I\'ll have a room dedicated to painting too, can\'t wait....

I\'d post mine but i feel ashamed...it looked like a bombsite this morning. I\'m sure all the minis come out at night and have a party......erm i better go and clean up.

i have a heavy duty base for it now, bought from a craft shop for half the price.
and yes it\'s a twin bulb one.
it\'s like having a light switch on the sun, plus it\'s full spectrum so you don\'t have problems with the mini looking totaly different in differing light conditions.
